iikoWeb for iikoCloud Start tariff 

The iikoWeb service helps to manage a restaurant and analyze the results of its work online.

The capabilities of iikoWeb on the iikoCloud Start tariff differ significantly from other tariffs.

The web office is available to users with an iikoCloud license on iiko hosting, starting from version 6.4.

IikoWeb includes several applications, which are divided into categories:

  • System settings and maintenance for further work in other modules: setting up restaurants and business processes.
  • Daily operations in a restaurant : sales forecast, reception of cash shifts, purchases, inventory, reports, personnel management.
In the StoreOps application, you cannot work with several restaurants at the same time, on different browser tabs - errors will occur when working with the application.
  • External orders: setting up a website for delivery, an electronic menu.
  • Integrations: interaction of iiko with other systems, for example, Mercury.
  • Business management: restaurant menus and loyalty programs.

Process management 

  • Control restaurant processes in a browser from anywhere in the world.
  • Set up procurement and inventory processes in advance to help employees make fewer mistakes in their work.

Menu and nomenclature 

  • Create goods, blanks, dishes and modifiers for further accounting in the warehouse.
  • Add photos to dishes to customize the menu at the checkout.
  • Form a quick menu, then waiters and cashiers will quickly find the right dishes.

Purchase of products 

  • Flexible purchase customization - decide for yourself what stages the order should go through.
  • Automate the purchase of products as much as possible: the system itself will tell you how many goods you need to order, send the order to the supplier by e-mail, simplify the acceptance and receipt of goods at the warehouse.
  • Schedule your purchases so you always have the right products in stock.

Sales forecasting and planning 

  • The system will automatically calculate the sales forecast, adjust it manually if necessary.

Accurate cash accounting 

When checking money counting, you just need to count the number of bills of each denomination, and the system will calculate the final amount itself. The recalculation takes place in two stages: in the second step, the manager will immediately see the discrepancies.

Warehouse inventory 

  • Schedule your inventory.
  • Make a map of the inventory - the storage locations of the products that the employee must bypass during the inventory.
  • Use your phone or tablet to take inventory.

Staff 

  • Register employees to work in iiko and differentiate access rights.

Loyalty programs 

Attract more guests with loyalty programs. There are several types of programs available for the iikoStart tariff: bonus, discount and gift. But only one of them can be active.

Notifications 

  • Receive notifications from the system when something happens in the restaurant: inventory is missed, the cashier does not close the checkout shift for a long time, there are problems when ordering goods, etc.
  • Receive daily e-mail summary of restaurant revenue.

Analytics and reports 

Use graphs, charts and tables with key performance indicators to assess the current situation. Even if there are a lot of restaurants in the network, up-to-date information is displayed for each of them.
